Returns & Exchanges

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have ten (10) days after receiving your item to request a return in case you get the wrong size. We will not accept returns for different reasons than the mentioned before. After 10 days no returns or exchanges will be accepted. (No exceptions)

Keep in mind that you will not be able to change your size, cancel your order, or request a refund after (5) five days of place your order. (There are no exceptions.)

As an MTO (made to order) or on-demand production business model, you won't be able to cancel your purchase after (5) five days just because you don't want it or don't like it; pictures of the product you'll be acquiring are clear.  Consider that if you cancel your order, you will be affecting numerous families who rely solely on our boots as they have already begun working on your order.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return; boots need to be unworn and in mint condition. We recommend trying the boots on over carpet to keep the soles and heels in mint condition; we will not accept boots returned with worn soles or slight vamp creasing. Also, you should have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you should fill out the form; If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without filling the form; first, we will not accept the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like, custom products (special orders or personalized items). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or sprays. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, ask for the availability of the product you want.
