NOTE: Your boots are 100% made with genuine leather. HOW WE WORK
We manufacture our boots exclusively on demand, which reduces waste and enables us to employ a more environmentally friendly production process.
Orders are opened throughout the year at various periods. After you place your order the production process might take between 4 - 5 months until orders are dispatched by DHL to the destination country.
Since we moved the production 100% inhouse we had experience a queue due to the delay of the third party and due to the improvements we have done. Based on that, for this year we would have to increase our production time to 6 to 7 months.
It's important to take into account that it is a handmade process, so it might takes longer in some cases.
Enjoying them will be the final stage!

I love my boots! There exists plenty of reviews and plenty of descriptions concerning Bordon boots; I refer you to them for specificity and details. As it concerns me: my boots are beautiful in every way that is important to me, they are amazingly constructed, they are composed of the highest quality materials, and most of all, they feel good on my feet. Not only did they feel good right out of the box, with the fit I was hoping for, but they have become more comfortable with each day of use. I can only imagine the comfort after they have been broken in. My boots were worth waiting for. The boots, in terms of value, are worth every penny and could easily, justifiably, garner a significantly higher price.
My only hesitation in giving a full 5 star review has to do with the wait. Well, not the wait per se, but the way in which I was made to wait. The boots are worth the 13 months it took to receive them. I just wish I would have known up front that it would take that long. I was first expecting 4-5 months, and as each month passed, my anticipation grew, but there was no real communication. I was given periodic generic updates. Those updates tapered off the longer I waited. When I finally would inquire I was given quick responses. However, I was told that they would be ready by a certain time on three separate occasions (with three different time approximations like ‘before Christmas’). None of those times were met. I understand that things can take a long time and that there are hiccups with small businesses and productions, so that is not my issue. My issue is with the lack of communication and the inaccuracy with the communication I was given concerning timelines (all other communication concerning fit, color, etc., was accurate and helpful). For me, it was a lot of money to be floating out there without really knowing what was going on. I highly recommend anyone interested to pull the trigger and purchase a pair, just know that you may be waiting longer than you expect; be prepared to be patient.
They are very well made and the leather is first class in my opinion.
These are perfect boots! I originally ordered the Tukano but I had a change of heart and Bordon let me switch to the Wanes boot. The Wanes boot is an excellent slightly more casual style. It is still built like a tank! I highly recommend them!
Very impressed with the quality and workmanship of these boots. All the details of the boot were on point and as good as any of the higher priced boots I have owned. The sizing advice was spot on. Combined with good communication and a friendly personal experience you can’t go wrong with Bordon boots. I highly recommend this company.
It took a while but the wait was worth it. The W&C leather smells great and has beautiful pull up. I got the classic stacked heel with the studded Dainite sole. I love how the shank bulges the rest of the boot’s mid-bottom. And the sew lines are also as parallel as can be throughout. One of the good things about the boot is that it is a true double layered tow cap. And it is also good to know they deploy a leather heel counter. You must be patient for their arrival but it is something to look forward to in the end
