NOTE: Your boots are 100% made with genuine leather. HOW WE WORK
We manufacture our boots exclusively ON DEMAND, which REDUCES WASTE and enables us to employ a more environmentally friendly production process.
Since we moved our production 100% in-house, we have experienced a longer wait time due to the improvements we have been implementing, such as major attention to detail and more meticulous craft to accomplish the best quality. Because of that, we have to increase our estimated lead time to a minimum of 9 months.
It's important to take into account that this is a HANDMADE PROCESS, so it might take longer in some cases.

Bordon's "Tukano/Wanes" boots are PNW like "US Pacific Northwest boots", but with their own touch to them. The Tukano boot I bought actually has a little support for my feet which I like. Perhaps having a leather and metal boot shank together helps in giving me more foot support then the other block heel boot maker I tried.
The first pair of boots I bought through Bordon was in Chestnut, followed by W&C Black Latigo. My gusseted tongue is in suede which feels better on the top of my feet or instep. I have a high instep with a bump on top which can cause problems. The suede tongue is like padding to me and I'll pick the same option again. I was told by the boot community that Bordon boots can make a custom last if needed. In the end a custom last was made for me. I couldn't be happier with the wider width last that was made.
I like the curved heel. My own heels slip into place into the back of the boots. I'm glad the back of the boots are curved and not straight. My feet and heels feel comfortable because of the curve.
When I saw the W&C Chestnut leather boots, I had to have a pair. I liked the orange lining; it's like a burst of sunshine. Quality takes time, and how these boots are made is no different. Well worth the wait for boots crafted with quality.
Bordon boots fit so well because of the last make for me. I will keep all the boots made by Bordon, for the rest of my life and you won't see them for sale, ever.
Went for my size in Red Wing Iron Rangers and the fit is perfect. Colour and finish is beautiful with the chestnut leather and gold coloured hardware. Very impressed!
love them! especial the color.
Just received and I’m very impressed with these boots! Look great and fit perfect! I might just order another pair in a different color.
Beautiful boots. Very solid and well made. Great fit.
