NOTE: Your boots are 100% made with genuine leather. As a result, your boots may have cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches or blemishes on the leather and a non-uniform color throughout the boot; this is a natural material with natural finishing with the intention of appreciating the wildlife the animal had.

HOW WE WORK
We manufacture our boots exclusively ON DEMAND, which REDUCES WASTE and enables us to employ a more environmentally friendly production process.
Since we moved our production 100% in-house, we have experienced a longer wait time due to the improvements we have been implementing, such as major attention to detail and more meticulous craft to accomplish the best quality. Because of that, we have to increase our estimated lead time to a minimum of 9 months.
It's important to take into account that this is a HANDMADE PROCESS, so it might take longer in some cases.

The leather is honestly some of the most robust i have ever worn. It felt stiff for the first week or so i was breaking it in and while it has not been fully broken in, the comfort level just keeps getting better and better!
I have had companies with more resources and less turnaround time deliver boots that were inferior to these on some level, whether it was an off-center pull loop or the leather being not quite as described.
My experience with Bordon has been backed up by social media reviews of all kinds and it's this; you will have to wait linger than you might expect, but place your order with absolute confidence that if you measure your feet accurately and order as Bordon suggests, the boots you receive will be something you want to keep for the rest of your life!
I have been blown away by how well the boots are aging and how much the comfort level has grown since I started wearing them. If I could keep only a handful of boot pairs from my current collection, these would be either the FIRST pair I keep or the second, depending on where I would be living when the choice was to be made.
Slam Dunk Bordon, I placed an order for your newest leather, I believe its called Waxed Suede, and whiel I may not get them until mid-2027, I call that WELL worth the time and money invested!
The best boots ever. Very impressive product quality and customer service. This is a must have product for anyone who is looking for the best product in this class.
Excellent quality, the boots are quite stiff which is typical of a handcrafted boot with thick leather, the color and stitching are spot on. Very satisfied with these boots. Very high attention to detail. Just be prepared for a long wait.
Yes it takes many months to receive your order but the hand crafted quality is worth it. These are lifetime boots. I have worn these boots well over 200 hours so far. I have been very happy with every aspect from comfort, material, build quality, and the hardware. The hardware is beautiful by the way. The standard laces instead of leather are great and do not come untied with use. These are such high quality boots that you will have to break them in. In my case it was about 100 hours of wear. They still look as beautiful as the day they arrived. My intention is not to abuse these boots doing physical labor but to use them for casual wear. After all of the use so far the only crease I have is between the cap toe and the laces. The structured toe prevents more creasing. These boots pair well with basic straight leg jeans, khaki pants, relaxed slacks, etc. My wife won't let me wear them with shorts though. If you've got the legs, I say go for it. A matching hidden tongue kiltie would be the chef's kiss. I would absolutely buy them again (next time in a lighter color).
These boots live up to the word “heritage.” Muse rough, but with great craftsmanship. I believe they will outlive me. They look the part as well.
Don’t buy these thinking they are some weak boots you don’t have to break in. They are tough, but they reward the strong by breaking in to incredible comfort after several wears.
